Go to the SBC Yahoo! Dial webpage (http://sbc.yahoo.com/). If you're already a member you can sign in and get help online or by calling the technical support number for your AT&T Yahoo! Dial service, 1-877-722-3755. They can provide you with suggestions as to how to resolve your issue along with a list of local dial up numbers for you to try.
