size 0 model diets?

im 15, im about 112 pounds but not totally sure mind.

wouldn't say i was fat, wouldnt say i was skinny, perfect really.

but i have an obsession with looking at size 0 models, i just love them.

how can i be really skinny without the fact that i got to stop eating, enough to see the bones?

a day i eat::

1 weetabix with a couple of raisons!

1 sandwich, usually ham.

after school i eat some sort of cooked meal.

then i just snack on LOADS of fruit

im not a health freak, i just love all the good stuff and hate the junk, grosse!

i eat under 1000 calories a day i know that for sures

shall i just split what i eat in half?

ok i'm 5'6"

i do about an hours worth of yoga everyday

fast walk for about 2 and a half hours

i'm not trying to impress anyone

i want to look how *i* want to look

i don't care about relationships, they're such a bore

    first of all everyone's body structure is different from person to person. A size 0 model has a very small frame, if you have a larger frame then you won't look like them. Many ladies your age go through the same thing, but you need to remember. Your you, and you need to be happy about who you are and what you look like, and yes, that includes size. You need to remember that calories really don't have too much to do with your size. You really aren't eating enough, remember that if you don't eat enough and get the nutrients, proteins and such then you'll be unhealthy and have serious health issues. So splitting what you eat in half is out of the option in my opinion. As long as your eating healthy foods like you are, and getting in your protein, fiber, nutrients to keep your body healthy then your doing fine. If you want to keep toned and make your figure look good then make sure to excercize every day. Just don't get obsessed with excercizing!

    Well how tall are you? You don't sound like you need to lose weight. As it is, you're not consuming enough calories, specially for a teenager! By doing that you may end up being underweight which can put your health at risk. Besides, that bony look is sooo out. Curves and a little meat on your bones is so much sexier.

    You aren't eating enough as it is. You need to be eating at least 1,200 calories a day (I don't care how tall you are). If you don't, your body is going to start cannibalizing itself: eating your muscles and eventually your internal organs for energy.

    Those size 0 models are genetically gifted. And if they're not, they are anorexic and are going to die at an early age. They live on cigarettes and caffeine and women are expected to look just like them. :(

    Try eating some more protein. The fruit is good, but make sure you're eating a good breakfast too. Eggs and toast is my favorite!

    Might I suggest getting some counseling? Talk to your school counselor and see if they know of somebody you can talk to. Please get help.

    You have an obsessive type personality. You need to seek counselling before this gets out of hand. Your calorie intake is too low for a growing girl. If your body is not meant to be a size 0, and you push your body to be that skinny, you will make yourself ill and you will look awful. Just think about what you are doing.

    Size 0? I understand models have to be super skinny to photograph well and fit into many different clothing designs...but, be healthy. Your diet doesn't sound out of line or dangerous...be careful, many young women develop eating disorders.

    a size 2 will not be the end of the world.

    Eating under 1000 calories a day.. I'm sure you are losing weight every day already.

    You don't want to be a size 0. I'm just telling you. Go for a size 5 if you want to be skinny. You don't have to be like them to be beautiful!

    i am the same way and the weirdest part is i am 5'6 and 102 pounds and i am a size 0 but i still look at the models. i like to compare thier bodies to mine and see what i can work on. i don't find this obsessive, its motivation, and improvement to our bodies! contine your diet and maybe cut a tiny bit more!

    EEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWW. why would you want to look like a stick?!?! you sound perfectly normal to me, as far as weight and age goes. why would you want to see your bones?! they are there to structure your body and hold it together, not be the only part of your body! honey, if you want to admire anybody, you should be admiring the people that DONT care about how they look.

    but a tip, dont snack of LOADS of fruit. snack on veggies. fruits have more sugar, which means more calories.
