What is the healthiest amount of hours of sleep for a nap? Someone told me a certain amount of hours for a nap is healthy and you feel refreshed. I can't remember how long though.... Anyone know?

Usually a 48 hour nap will leave you feeling quite refreshed!

Try no more than an hour or two. Many people take 20 minute power naps. Try to get at least six and preferably 8 hours of sleep every night. Cut the caffiene and exercise only in the morning or afternoon (morning is especiallly good because it helps you wake up without caffiene). Learn about biorhythms and try to use them as guides for when to eat, sleep, and be active. And especially remember to get some sunlight every day.
