    its Masthead, it is the very top of the paper that gives the papers name, date and the corporate name of the publisher, etc.

    the mask head of a newspaper is the to, the name of the paper.. Like:

    Wall street journal

    Or

    The Enquirer<

    The times..

    Etc.

    Has information as well, date, place of printing, etc.
