What are some small tips that help you lose weight?

i.e. drink eight glasses of water a day

or more that 4 grams of protein at a time turns to fat.

Im fifteen, 5'4" and 107 pounds.

I know what I need to do to lose weight, I just want a couple tips.

    Add Lemon To Your Water

    Make Sure The Water Is Ice Cold, You Body Burns Calories To Warm It Up

    First of all for your height and age your weight is perfect. 107 at 5'4" is someone i would consider lucky, perfect weight for our societies standards. Why do you want to lose weight?

    Anyway, eat a lot of veggies and fruit. I was on a grilled chicken breast and veggie diet for about a year. Best shape I've ever been in. I ran 2 miles, 6 days a week too.

    First, more than 4 grams of protein at a time doesn't turn to fat. That's would only be like a tablespoon of chicken.

    I can't give you advice because you're a good weight now for your height.

    Baby girl you don't need to loose weight your discription of yourself sounds like you are at your correct weight drinking water is always great for healthy skin and exercise keeps you fit

    by your height and weight you dont need to lose weight---im 15 and am 5'4'' and weight 105(not much difference) and im not fat but if you want to do something just tone dont---lift small size weights (many reps though) and use the ablounge thingy at your local gym or fitness area (even though sit ups are just as good i guess)

    You are actually underweight, so I would suggest building muscle instead of losing weight. Do push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, squats, etc. Do 10 sets of 10, and keep working on it.
