Mexico's only legitimate president is Felipe Calderon.

He was sworn in today December 1st, 2006.

The other man that has anounced himself as the legitimate president of Mexico (Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador) is a scorned presidential candidate that does not want to accept his loss. He did a symbolic presidential ceremony where he, proclaimed himself president without any official support or validty.
