is a tv with 1600:1 contrast ratio and 8ms response a good tv?

I found this oliva 23 inch tv at a great price and wondered if these specs were those of a good tv.

the tv in question has ok contrast ratio , the 8ms is typical for lcd tv's , and i know the tv is 720p resolution which is good has the built in hd turner (ntsc) so over all its a good little t.v. especialy since its half life is 50,000 hours..... model 323v

in no way suggestions the evaluation ratio - it is not an exceedingly sturdy spec. yet take a seem on the viewing angles. Its quoted as 160º H x 150º V, that's rather undesirable. maximum greater desirable gadgets quote 178x178 and in plasmas it is not even an argument. The definition that the marketplace makes use of for it is the attitude at which evaluation drops to ten:one million . Ridiculous! it would be thoroughly unwatchable at that factor, like those crappy LCDs that they use for action picture viewing on airlines.
