Anyone have any recommended reading for undergraduate law students in the UK?

I'm starting university in September and would like to get a bit of a head start in my knowledge of law; does anyone have any suggestions of good books?

I would particularly like one or a couple that give me a fairly detailed overview of the main units when studying law.

Any suggestions very much appreciated!

I'm a law student in the U.S. right now. If you want a good overview, I'd suggest picking up a couple text books. Most are case books which teach you the law through cases. You might find them interesting.
