    usually 0 - they work 100% commission. So you get out of it, what you put into it. A realtor is a tough job though - in California, there are more realtors then houses where sold this year.

    Most Realtors don't get paid an annual salary, they get paid per transaction. Usually 3% of the selling price of the property. How much you make in a year depends on property values in your area and how many homes sell. If you live in Southern California, your income would be much different then if you live in rural Arkansas.

    They work on commission, so depending on sales could be from 0 to multi millions if you're selling high end properties say in Beverly Hills or like places.
