computer cd/dvd drive not working?

My CD/DVD drive does not come up on computer i have windows vista rc1 whats wrong?

    You Haxored a stolen copy of Vista RC1 and now it's disabled your IDE channel. naughty naughty.

    Its either a pirated copy of the OS or you got a virus. You may also need new drivers. Search for the drivers on yahoo by name of the brand and drive name and drivers.

    Id have to think it was disabled by the OS. You can check also in the bios if it is detected to even be on the computer.

    remove vista.. reinstall xp. if thats what yoiuhad before.. run reinstall vista and run dual os'. use your disc drive uner the one that works.
