Here's a site that will calculate, fill in your weight etc and it Will calculate it for you. the heavier you are the more calories you burn

It totally depends on your pace, the steepness, gender, age, etc... What I would do is find a good treadmill for your first run. Enter all your information into it, and set the pace and tilt to where you're comfortable. The treadmill should tell you how many calories you would burn per hour under those circumstances. From there, you can replicate your pace outside and have a pretty god idea of how many calories you burn from the info you gathered on the treadmill...or if you keep at it on the treadmill, it will keep track of your total calories, and you can just go until you've burned as many as you want!

According to the site provided by the other answerer, you could burn this amount in just one (1) hour of leisure walking.

    If you weigh 900 lbs.

Depends on how much you weigh, how fast, etc. Probably though, you'd need to run about 3-4 hours.

    ...a lot

but it would be better to run about 2-3 miles in about 30-40 minutes straight so your metabolism goes up to burn the fat off while you're not excersizing
