Does fear of making a mistake stop you from doing things?

Whether it be something as big as getting married to something as simple as taking a new job or everyday things.

yes that's my number one enemy. someone once told me that the word fear means, False Evidence Appearing Real and that it cripples individuals when we allow it to dictate what we do and don't do.

The fear of making a mistake stops me from doing some things, but it doesnt stop me from stuffing up things i think i know how to do.

I would answer this, but I'm scared I'd screw it up.

Yes, I sometimes give in to fear of failure. That is a shortcoming on my part. After all, I definitely won't succeed if I sit on the sidelines.

    There's only now

    There's only here

    Give in to love

    Or live in fear

    There's only us

    There's only this

    Forget regret

Or life is yours to miss

    No other path

    No other way

    No day but today

Yes it does! I'm afraid to try new stuff because I don't want to fail and sometimes I feel like it's better not to try at all than to try and fail!

No..Just learn from mistakes and move on

No, because regret is bigger then fear.
