    Charismatic??...hmmm...I guess.

The closest thing I have to a pastor is the DJ at the club where I dance.

He works behind a stand, says a few words, and no one listens to him. So I guess he's like a pastor. And he's doing one of the waitresses behind her husbands back so yeah that's pretty charismatic.

He's a leader, yes, but I wouldn't necessarily describe him as "charismatic". He's profoundly intelligent and has done a great deal of good for the parish, as well as for charity, but our vicar is a bit dull as a public speaker. Instead, we rely on his quiet, solid leadership and willingness to pitch in and work, which to me, is far better than if he were flashy, showy and charismatic like some of our local preachers who have their own TV shows, but get precious little accomplished for charity and the betterment of mankind.
