Good idea - - I always having to go back into the house to check to see if it is turned off when I am trying to leave the house.
I have not done this myself, but I know how and might just do it....
You can always make one yourself if you are handy with electrical work by putting in a 4-gang box, one side for a timer like you suggest above, and the other side for the outlet pair. You can even wire the two outlets separately -- one always on and the other one on the timer. Pretty simple to do all this, just have to cut the wall opening to accept a remodel-style double gang box, take out the old one and wire it up. IMPORTANT - don't forget to turn off the power first.
You can have an electrician do this also. Should not cost too much and if done correctly, no wall repairs will be necessary.
Also -- you can get lamp timers that plug in to an outlet and then you plug the lamp into them. I am not sure if they are available for short term applications like that or not.
