Questions about Floor Tickets at a concert???

I have tickets to the Josh Groban concert in Toronto. They are labelled as floor tickets with a specific row and seat number. Now, I went to the U2 concert in Toronto and also had floor tickets but you had to wait in line all day to get a decent spot and it was standing only. U2 is also a rock concert and Josh Groban is more classical. Does anyone know how the floor tickets work for a more classical concert??

Thanks

The U2 concert was General Admission. That means an open floor as you described. Floor Seats that you have for Josh Groban are just seats located on the floor of the arena. If you have seat numbers, you have seats.

    OK?
