H2SO4; any chemist can mix it for you.

Use a mild peeling once a day, and a hand cream with sun block.

You can also rub some lemon juice into your hands, the acids act like a peeling as well.

try putting nivea's whitening cream before u sleep everynight and dun go swimming so often now. use a strong sunblock (spf 40?) when u go swimming. it will take some time for the tan to fade away, but definately better than doing nothing.

Rub Tomato slices on your tanned skin for a month. It's natural, won't harm your skin, and will effectively, but slowly, remove your tan.

Apply aloe from the aloe plant. It will help your feel cool and heal faster and also not leave a scar on your skin.

You can also apply vitamin E oil from the capsule. That will help as well.

Go to a plastic surgeon. I am guessing some kind of laser resurfacing.
