First of all i need to know what exercises i should do in order to prepare for my ski team? Secondly does anyone know of a website where i can make a custom workout sheet or log for free? Thank you

Go to Men's Fitness.com, there youcan get a customized 21 day workout schedule. try googling ski training. That may help.
Also, you can customize your own by going to the library and getting the USOC Winter Sports Training Guide. This has all of the sports, training schedules and how and where they train.
