you realize someone is a quack even as someone says he can extract loose power from a sparkling little accepted rigidity. therefore the Casimir result. The Casimir result's authentic and really interesting and springs from the Van der Waals rigidity modern-day in vacuum. yet so what: a rigidity does not produce power! Gravity is a rigidity and it produces 0 power. All gravity does is convert skill power into kinetic power, it does not create power, it transforms it right into a form we may be able to apply!
