Most hair and skin products contain

    Vitamin E.

Should you decide to take Vitamin E

as a supplement - take heed- an over

    dose can be harmful.

This is one vitamin that tends to store

in the body, as opposed to a vitamin such

as Vitamin C, which dissipates rather

    quickly.

Vitamin E taken internally is a very good antioxidant. Antioxidants are used by the body to scavenge free radicals. Free radicals cause all manner of diseases. Vitamin E is just one antioxidant, there are many others. It is just a very good one.
