first you measure your rib cage just under your breast about 1/2 inch that is your size, now for the cup you measure ACROSS the top of the breast and to figure out your cup size the rule is you subtract the first measurement from the second.

1-2 inch difference is usually and 'A' cup

    2-3 " " " " " 'B' "

    3-4 " " " " " 'C' "

4-5 ....... well you can figure it out from there I hope.

If you want to do it at home, JCPenny has a fabulious site to help. It is best if you have a friend help you, because it can be tricky getting the measuring tape in the right place. If you don't want to go this route, then you can go to a lingire store, or up-scale department store for a fitting. You don't necessarily need to buy all your bras from there, but you should get at least 1 since they did provide a valuable service.

Go to Victoria's Secret or really any department store that has a lingerie section and get measured. That's really the best way, these people know what they are doing.
