I lived in Germany for 6 years and I saw nothing to make me think

its a German culture thing to be a Nazi (or shall we say white supremest)

many high ranking Nazi officers escaped to South America

and that maybe be part of the reason for the anti American undercurrent with some

some yo yos through out the USA did adapt the name and beliefs along with the former crap of the Klan and we have skin heads..etc...I'm also from the south and we don't go around burning crosses either you know

unfortunately a few bad apples spoil the reputation of a bunch

but do I think there are people around (in any given country) that have the hate in them, oh yes, I do

or if your asking if any actual Nazi soliders who are still living after the war , yes there are

    hope this helped

There are probably a few million Germans aged 75 or over. Possibly a few thousand in their nineties - old enough today to have been young enough during WW2 to be responsible for crimes against humanity.

Not every member of the Nazi Party saw a courtroom. In fact very few got prison sentences, and most spent no more than a few years in gaol.

After the war, you couldn't rebuild Germany if you locked up every single German who had a connection with the Nazi past. The US wouldn't have had a lunar program if von Braun spent the 1950s behind bars.

By the way, not every Nazi or NASPD party member did bad things (except join the party in the first place, and in WW2 it would have been suicide to try to fight the system from within). And there were many non-NAZI Germans who haven't been caught.

Sorry to "but" in! But why just americans?? Im an aussie and I recently visited Germany for a few weeks and I found absoulutely NO 1 like a Nazi while I was there. And as I was ther to visit my brother..i didn't do the tourist thing. I went to places that tourists never see. Most of the younger ( 18 - 45) population of Germany hate the fact that Hitler was ever in power and that he did what he did and they are embarassed by it . I think the problem lies in other nations radical racist groups taking the same stance that Hitler did. Sad isn't it!

Well after living in Germany for 8 years I never found a German who stated that they had fought against the Americans during WWII. All of them were fighting against the Russians.

As for the Nazis ?? I didnt see any. Are there Germans who still belief in the Nazi Party ideology ?? OF Course there are. Think of the odds. 90 million + population. There has to be acouple of idiots in Germany who believe in that Garbage.

Not just the Americans my friend.

Most of Europe are aware that there are neo-nazis in Germany.

Worringly, they have also appeared in other countries such as Belgium and the UK as well.

No-one should question the relevance of history............how could we ever allow a repeat of the Holocaust?

You bet. I believe there's a huge bloc in Germany that will firmly believe that the worst thin that Hitler did was lose the war.
