what should i do?

i'm 15yrs. i'm so slim . all asks me why i'm so thin. i feel so guilty.but my mother says that slim body is much better than fat body.she says this to me in order to make me happy. but i know that i'm so thin . all calls me as stick covered with some clothes. what should i do to become fat?

    hey im 16 about to be 17 in April and im skinny too girl. and i want to get a little bigger too. but they say (people and relatives) say wait until you hit your 20s and that's when you'll start getting bigger and my dad once told me that it depends on the size of your mom. for example, if your moms skinny then you'll be skinny if your mom's fat then you'll be fat. but just be happy with the size you got now (that god has given you), some people may even wish to have a body like yours. but if you're so anxious to get bigger, then, i suggest you eat fattening foods,

    like burgers or something in that nature.

    There is nothing wrong with being slim. Nothing to be guilty about. You don't have to become any other way than the way you are unless you are uncomfortable. Don't listen to other people, live your own life and decide for your own self the way you want to be.

    it very funny question because all people they want to thin so it look nice.if you want to look nice but not fati can help you

    eat a little bit of chese eat fruit and vegetable .you have to exercise as well dont think people who skiny mean they not sick but scienctist say not all the skinny people are healthy.

    i must check with your family doctor or eat more food

    fat is not healthy, thin is always desirable. but if u r excessively thin, u shud eat voraciously but healthily, for eating only makes u weighty.

    ur mother is absolutely right thin ppl get less disease and die happy.

    .......and who can deny THIN IS IN!!!!

    eat more! the only way. Or u can try some weight gain pills like appeton it helps(it just increases ur appetite)

    to build muscle mass: eat right and excersise daily and lift weights and drink protein powder and eat raw eggs and run up a bunch of stair and when you get to the top be all like yeah woo woo mother *******

    nothing...you will either fill out in time or be one of the lucky few who will die slim at a ripe old age.

    dont worry about what other ppl say! this is just the way your body is designed! as you get older you will get more curves and will fill out more, you are still young so dont worry!

    hunny, you should realize that looks are only skin deep and as long as you're healthy, i wouldn't try to change anything for other people
