Who put the "Q" in Q-Tip?? Why is a Bobby Pin called so, and not a Jimmy Pin, or a Harry Pin??

    A bobby pin is called such because a hairdo was once called a "bob." Other than that, I can't help you with the "Q."

    Q-tip is a brandname for the cotton swabs and the "Q" in the name stands for quality.
