How to move Docement and setting from C drive to D Drive ?

Question

i have got two partation on my computer one is C drive other one is D my operating system is installed in C Drive what i wannat to do is moving document and setting from C to D drive

any one have any Idea about it

i have seen one person did that but unfortunily i have lost the note which i had now i forgot it i know it is possible by simpl copy and past it is not possible there is one way to edit regestry but i forgot how to do it any one any idea?

right click on My Documents (on your desktop) then, click On Move Button, and then enter your target.

there is three folders in C can't be moved..

windows,Documents and Settings,program files....
