how can some one stop worrying about other and star taking care of them selves?

with out worrying its your fault if something goes wrong.

    Yes. Realize that you have nothing to feel guitlty about if you really didn't do anything wrong. So if something goes wrong, you have no reason to blame yourself. The worry is then diminished. Just be logical about it and fair to yourself in your judegment.
