and unzip it

A .rar file is a compressed file, like a .zip file. Download WinRAR and install it. Then right click on your .rar file, and choose 'extract to...' Open the resulting file with media player. One word of warning - it may take some time (up to 1/2 hour, if your comp is really slow) to decompress a full length movie (assuming that's what you downloaded)

There are two possiblities here. One is that this is a movie file that has been rared (same as zipped) or its an iso.

First download winrar

If that doesnt unzip as a movie file download Daemon Tools, install it, right click the icon by the clock and choose mount image from the menus and select the file.
