Do blind people dream? if they do then how do they see what they dream.?

Blind people can't see with their eyes. Dreams are in their brains. As to what people who have never had sight visualise, I suspect their perception of trees, cats, cars etc will b wildly different to ours. Why don't you ask a blind person (from birth) about it?

Yes they dream. And they see what they have imagined the images look like. A sighted and an unsighted person will see two different things when dreaming of the exact same item.
