Can anyone tell me, on average, how much it would cost to put a turbo into a car WITH labor?

I understand my question is pretty vague, but I don't know what type of car I'm going to buy yet, but every DECENT turbo I find is WAY over priced. If someone could just give me a ball park that would be great !

Kits are usually around $3000 dollars and labor around $1000. The reason they cost so much new is the warranty. You can find a used car and have it inspected before you buy it at a shop of your choice for around 50 bucks
