What do you think of Peacoat?

I found this really cool peacoat {web page below} and I was wondering if you think it will be warm enough for New York?? I am moving there but keeping my house on the gulf coast...

wool coats are very warm. once you have one, you'll never want another kind of coat. they're lightweight and very cozy.

That would be great for New York. Peacoats are very easily dressed up or down, depending on the acessories, I think you'll love it!

I love Peacoats. Since it is 80% wool, i will probably be warm enough if you layer up underneath.
