While there's no guaranteed way of having twins, if your Dr. transfers more fertilized eggs, you have a greater chance of multiples.
I have a friend who did 3 rounds of IVF, and on round #3, she had 4 eggs transferred, and had a succesful pregnancy and now has a set of fraternal twin boys who are cutie pies!

I believe that you can easily have multiples (3 and up) by IVF. Alot depends on ho many eggs your doctor is implanting
