I read that a chair exercise performed by women is impossible for men to do?

    This is a matter of engineering.

    Place a chair with it back against the wall. Have your friend stand in front of the chair with their knees up against the seat. Now, have your friend lean over so that the crown ( the very top of the head ) is pressed up against the wall, over the chair. Have the friend grasp the sides of the chair seat with their hands and lift the chair up towards their chest. Now, ask your friend to stand up straight. Men, due to the fact that their shoulders are wider than their hips, can't stand up straight once in this position.

    I know the one you're talking about. The inability of men to do the exercise is due to their higher center of gravity.
