Is Kobe making the Lakers lose?

The numbers are as depressing as they are telling and expected: Odom averaged 28 points (on 54 percent shooting and 8-of-11 from behind the arc), 8.7 boards and 7.3 assists in the season's first three games, and put together marks of 12.3 points, 7 rebounds and 3.7 assists in the three games since. Wonder what the difference is ... ? Could it be someone named Kobe? Oh well, at least the Lakers have lost two of three, after winning their first three. Nice going, No. 24.

i wouldnt say that necessarily, i think the other players on his team need to learn how to play WITH him, rather than BEHIND him. just chemistry and time.

Obviously someone that knows little about bball. No. Lamar is the reason the Lakers lose. Lamar is one of the most talented players in the league. But he is so soft. He was very aggressive in the first 2 games. As soon as Kobe came back even with Kobe passing to him, Lamar reverted back to the soft Lamar. I really believe that Lamar has to be the primary option. The team seems to play like Lamar. If he is aggressive and scoring the rest of the team (besides Kobe) does too. If he is passive and lazy, the rest of the team will do the same.

I think Odom has a hard time playing with Kobe, but in general Odom passes a little more than he should. They need at least 20points from him every night. To say he can't do that because Kobe is getting 30 every night is a cop out. There have been tons of 30-20 duos.

The lakers are enjoying amazing interior the finals and that i do are anticipating that they are going to win the finals. even with the undeniable fact that, you do could think approximately that the subsequent 2 video games would be at Orlando and the Magic might have a house courtroom income. yet do not difficulty, Kobe is the **** and that they are going to in all possibility win the subsequent interest on thursday, they're going to lose on sunday, and that they are going to win at abode on tuesday! circulate lakers! Edit: precis is back, nicely they could not instruct that this evening...

Kobe is doing what he is supposed to do. He simply needs a better team. Lakers suck because they're a young team. It's not like back in the day when they had veterans like Shaw, Fisher, Horace Grant, or Rick Fox. Kobe is just letting the youngsters play their hearts out until he sees that they give up. I was watching the game against the Pistons and Kobe sucked the first 3 quarters but was on fire in the last quarter (A little too late to win, but he could have done it). Kobe wants his team too gain experience and to become hardened because he cannot carry them during the playoffs.

No it's more of what the Lakers are doing as a team. They are not coming together defensly and offensively. Too much individual play. Too many outside jumpers instead of attacking the basket. It's still early, so it is not that big a concern. They should improve though.

No, well kobe is sharing the ball and is getting his teammates involved, but they sometimes dont do what kobe wants em to do, so he just takes matter into his own hands.

No. For the Lakers, losing is a team effort.
