How can I ease my way slowly back into exercise?

I was doing good, but then I got busy. So how do I shake loose and condition my body back to being active?

    The best ways are walking and swimming. They are both easy on the body and don't take a lot of time. You can begin walking for 20 minutes a day or swimming for the same. Build up from there. The 'no pain no gain' saying is wrong, pain means something is wrong and then you can get hurt. Go slow, build up to it. If you are over 40, careful not to over do it too soon, sore muscles are common and take longer to heal. Unfortunately.
