What does super glue not stick to?

I need to super glue a piece of plastic back to the dashboard of my car and I was wondering if I could wear latex gloves or something so I would not get stuck to my car.

Put a thin layer of vasoline or similar grease on your fingertips. Do not get any oil between the two piece to be glued. I would check around for a better adhesive to glue a piece of plastic to a porous dashboard. Maybe "goop".

There is specific glue for autos.

If you want to use super glue, it only takes a drop - just don't "over" glue it - you don't need gloves.

Yeah and besides what D had to say there is a super glue remover solution that you can buy.

Anything. Use contact adhesive. Oh yea, except skin.

super glue does not stick to whatever it is you want to stick togehter, it only works to stick your fingers together, or to your face
