someone told me that ford taurus have the struts that would fit a 92 lincoln continental is this tru/?

If it is tru how much would it end up costing and stuff

    Although they are built on similar body lines, it's not quite true. Moog does manufacture a kit to convert your air suspension set-up to a conventional spring and strut set-up at all four corners. Not sure of the cost though.
