    甲殼酶蛋白的作用強化了基因轉殖植物對菌類所引發之疾病的抵抗力。

    chitin是幾丁質，-ase是酵素結尾，也就是酶，合在一起就是幾丁質酵素，但是這樣感覺很陌生，學名叫做「甲殼酶」

    老實說我也不是很清楚真正的意思，

    但能講出個大概= =

    幾丁質蛋白的作用強化了基因轉殖植物對菌類所引發之疾病的抵抗力

    我不太清楚的是 chitinase proteins 的部份，

    chitin是幾丁質，但ase一般是酵素用的結尾字......

    所以這個我不知道是蝦米= =
