    It means that the person has gone to court and been declared or found to be guilty of an offense.

    Judication means the court has made a decision.

    The prefix "Ad" means after.

    It depends upon your state. The previous posters basically have it right, it means the process after the court has decided some issue. Probably most used for post-conviction proceedings. Either (a) criminal sentencing, (b) probation, (c) post-conviction motions (such as for a new trial or a new plea or for the court to reconsider a decision.
