材料:
南瓜 150克
高湯 1L
洋蔥 1/4顆
馬鈴薯 2顆
火腿 適量
奶油 適量
做法:
1、將南瓜洗淨,去掉皮和籽,切成小塊拿去蒸。
2、將1/4顆洋蔥剁碎,與奶油一起炒到金黃色
3、馬鈴薯切丁水煮到熟,火腿切塊
3、蒸熟的南瓜壓成泥加入洋蔥一起炒,再加入高湯
4、將南瓜汁倒入鍋內,以小火煮8-10分鐘,然後將馬鈴薯、火腿加入攪拌均勻。

ingredients:
pumpkin 150g
chicken broth 1L
diced onion 1/4
diced potato 2
ham,butter appreciate amount
how:
1. clean pumpkin, and peel the skin, discard the seeds , cut into small pieces and steam until done.
2. in a large skillet, stir-fry diced onion with butter until golden brown.
3. cook diced potato in water until done, dice the ham.
4.add pur'ee steamed pumpkin and pour chicken broth into skillet.
5.pour mixture into a large saucepan, simmer for 8-10 minutes, add cooked potato and ham, stir well.
