做法:

1羊肉先用調味料拌勻醃置約3小時(越久越好)

2.芥藍菜-洗淨.切段

3.蒜頭、辣椒、薑-切成末

4.將水與太白粉攪拌均勻放至一旁

5.用2大匙油起熱油鍋,放入蒜末.辣椒末、薑末爆香

6.再放入芥藍菜莖入鍋拌炒幾下,半熟即可先盛起。

7.再放入少許油將醃好之羊肉,炒至半熟,再將全部的芥藍菜加入拌炒

8.等芥藍菜8分熟後加入沙茶醬與豆瓣醬拌炒

9.炒勻後,慢慢倒入太白粉水勾芡,小炒一下即可起鍋

    4. Mix water and cornstarsh ready

    5. Put 2 soup spoon oil to heat, add garlic , chili, and ginger sauteed fragrantly in Chinese wok.

    6. Put chinese mustard in Chinese wok to sauteed, just medium cooked

    7. Put some oil and lamb meat sauteed in Chinese wok, sauteed, medium cooked , then mix chinese mustard sauteed

    8. Sauteed Chinese mustard medium well, add Chinese barbecue sauce and soy bean paste sauce

    9. Ingredients mixed all together, pour some cornstarsh slowly, mix again, ready to serve.
