do u need a fishing liscence to fish in the gulf of mexico?

    You don't need a license for any ocean or their tributaries.

    yes if u fish from a nonchartered boat.if u charter u dont need to buy the license or the permits,they are paid for with the charter money u pay.also if u fish from a pier where u pay to fish u dont need a license

    YES, you must have a state license as well as state issued tags for certain types and sizes of fish, crabs and shrimp

    i might attempt to locate some inlets to fish. baits would be easy jigheads with plastics like bass assassins, doa shrimp, tornado tails, and in line with danger the distinctive bomber redfish spinnerbaits
