If you go to your local plumbing wholesaler, ask for the hydronic department, they should have someone on staff who can size the appropriate baseboard heater for you. Be sure to have your room dimensions (for BTU requirements) and your operating temperature of you boiler (again for the BTU requirements). Tell the designer how you want to control the heat - low/high voltage thermostat, "Danfoss" type controller (mounts on the baseboard heating and turns the heater on/off depending where the water temperature is.

the best thing to do it call a heating tech to look at it. if you are trying to do it yourself, go to a plumbing supply and see if they will sell to you. if not, go to your local home improvement store. someone will need to get your sizes of your rooms and the capacity of your boiler. check the rating of the boiler on the tag and measure your rooms for the needed heat.
