Dear WorldCup,
By SiCl6, you are probably referring to the the hexachlorosilicate anion, SiCl6-- which can only exist in the presence of a suitable cation, such as potassium K+ to give potassium hexachlorosilicate or K2SiCl6. The only free chloride of silicon that I know of is the tetrachloride, SiCl4.

It's gotta be Silicon Hexachloride. The way all ionic compounds are named when there is no general name is (prefix) metalic element (prefix) non-metalic element.
