Is smokersignup.com a legitimate Philip Morris USA site?

I received a Windows security notification that the site certificate name doesn't match the web address.

    The site's legit. you may need to update your certificates. Go to Windows update site and update yer computer.

    I have used that site for three years and haven't had a problem with it. It lets you keep track of orders, and change your information when needed.

    Sounds like the certificate is out of date, but you have nothing to worry about the site is legit and not malware related.
