You lying liberal! You're what you accuse Rush Limbaugh of being. He didn't say the disease was an act, he was saying how Fox was either acting or not taking his meds at time, which is TRUE!

I will pay $100 to anyone who can show where Fox is acting like this in any other public appearance.

Rush Limbaugh was completely, 100% correct in revealing this despcicable act by Fox, and this is these are the types of underhanded tactics liberals are resorting to before the election, because they know they can't win on merit or honor.

I think Rush Limbaugh proved himself an asshole ages ago. After seeing Michael J. Fox's interview with Katie Couric in response to Limbaugh's comments, I was near tears. He's been my favorite actor ever since I was a kid. When I look into his eyes I see something genuinely good there. But seeing what the disease is doing to him, and knowing that douchebags like Limbaugh are calling him on it, is so disgusting. Limbaugh's has stooped to an all time low. Michael has endorsed both republicans and democrats, but ONLY if they support stem cell research. That's not politics. Limbaugh has just stolen the award for "biggest douche in the universe", if he hasn't already.

I work in a dental office and we have a patient who has parkinsons and let me tell you meds or not you cannot control the tremmers! For Rush to say he was either acting or off his meds for a political agenda is so sicking to me! Michael J. Fox is trying to help thousands of people who are strickin with this horrible disease and fyi he did take his meds that day he was not acting and he hasnt done anything everyother politician around the world has done once or twice!

People just can't handle when they are forced to see our world isn't perfect and neatly wraped in this bubble! MJF is so unbelievable brave to show the world how terrible this disease is and if Rush and those people who support him think MJF or others who arent perfect are going away think agian!

Source(s): My sourse for knowing he was on his meds was the interview with MJF and Katie Couric

This seriously ticked me off when I heard it. I was SO mad. I haven't been a huge Rush Limbaugh fan since my US government teacher in high school made us watch segments of his show, but this just clenched it for me.

First off, Rush shouldn't be judging ANYONE about the medication they may or may not be taking. The man needs to sort out his own drug addiction/dependency issues first.

Second, who is he to say what someone with Parkinson's should or should not act like? MJF has acted in shows like Boston Legal without any indicators of his disease, but how much effort must he have had to put into those performances to mask his illness? He did it for the profession, and for the art. He himself said that doing those scenes was one of the hardest most exhausting things he's ever had to do...Who does Rush think he is saying "it's an act" the way MJF was in the ads? Does Rush have Parkinson's? Is he an expert on the disease? Even folks with the disease have varied levels of affliction. Some may have their symptoms more under control than others, MJF may just not happen to be one of them.

I watched some politcal commentators talking about it on Larry King last night and was t'd off at Rush, I turned to my husband and said, "Rush is such an idiot. I'd never wish this on anyone, but he's such a jackass...I hope he gets Parkinson's, then we'll see how well he's able to "hide" his symptoms, if he's just putting on an act. Then he can have some room to talk. Until then he needs to keep his trap shut and stop knocking those with such a terrible disease."

The man just crossed a very big line....

Rush Limbaugh is an idiot....My dad has Parkinson's and trust me, it is not an act and it is a horrible disease to have. I truly admire Michael J. Fox for the way he keeps going.....

Rush Limbaugh has proven, over and over again, that he has a deity complex -- if he says it it must be correct and true, thus making him God. I have nothing but respect for Michael J. Fox -- he doesn't have to share the pain of his Parkinson's with the world, but like other celebrities who have used illness to educate (Christopher Reeve comes to mind), he allows us a look at just how difficult his life is with this disease.

Personally, I think Rush has been out of the national spotlight too long and knew a comment of this nature would throw his name around again. If I could say anything to him it would be "Retire already! You have corrupted enough!"

He's definetly an a$$ hole. I'm in a Psychology class, and we're learning about different disorders right now. did you know that poor Michael J can't even begin to get out of bed or even MOVE for that matter in the morning until he has his medicine? Poor guy......but hey, I'm sure karma will take care of Rush

I suppose he just is uninformed and a idiot to boot...And if for some messed up reason it turns out he is faking...Who can talk bad about it?? I mean he put a million dollar face with the disease and has loads of money comming in to help fight Parkinson's....I saw a thing not to long ago and said they might be able to cure it in like less than 10 years...So now I wonder how could somone say something bad about it either way??

Yes, that was cold of Rush Limbagh, and No, Michale J. Fox was not faking, he just did not take his medicine to show the true affects of his disease. This was done for the support of stem cell research.
