Yes, oxygen can become solid. All elements have three states, solid, liquid and gas.
If the element is below its melting point, it will become solid. So if oxygen is below its melting point, it will become solid.

Oxygen can be solid.
Oxygen is solid when it is cooled below its boiling point,or at a very high pressure
