    saute: to fry in a small amount of fat

    fry: to cook in a pan or on a griddle over heat especially with the use of fat

    pan-fry:to fry in a small amount of fat, as in a skillet or shallow pan; sauté.

    所以其實saute 就是pan-fry 的意思:用一點點遊做嫩煎的動作,

    至於fry就是用比較多的油做油炒, 或是油炸的動作
