    Not all the time does a word have to have a prefix. Sometimes it can just be the root and suffix, or prefix and root word. =)

    We studied "Latin Roots" in highschool, when I was in there.

    It sucked, but I remember that it helped me a lot understanding more words!

    You should start studying them now, if you arent already.

    The fifth element... no that would mean something that could be against government...

    Root word of government= govern

    Meaning do what they say not what they do!
