如果搵到.....請列明有邊一種enzymes(e.g. amylase)

Protease in biological washing powder can break down protein in stain to small molecules which can be remove by water.

The stained clothes should be soaked in water with the washing powder . This is to allow more time for the enzymatic activity.

The temperature of the water should be at about 40 degree Celsius since the reaction rate of protease is the highest at this optimum temperature.

Silk and wool should not be washed with the biological washing powdersince the protease will digest the protein in silk and wool

Pineapple juice also cotains protease.

People usually add it to beef.

protease can break down protein molecules in the beef to make it more tender.
