What do you want for Eid ul-Fitr this year?

Did you ask for a gift for the Eid this year? If so, what do you want? I still do not know what to get my husband and he just tells me not to get him anything. But I think he should have SOMETHING! Any insight?

my family used to give us a money (the bigger kids ) and give the child some wrapped gift (contain chocolate and toys ..etc )

also they get a several gifts from aunts and uncles .

i used to get only money form dad and grandpa :)

i am planing this Eid to buy a gift for mom and dad .. dad like expansive pens so maybe i will get one for him ;p

i recommend for u to have trip with ur husband and eat dinner in any romantic restaurant then come back to home and continue the night :)

I want to find a co-sponsor for my husband so i can bring him home and we can live our lives together forever inshallah. i dont make enough to sponsor him financially and my family want because he is moslem. he is the most loving and caring person you could ever meet. My burthday is Thanksgiving Day and if I had a co-sponsor for him by my birthday that would be the best present I will ever have.

For your hudband if he doesnt want anything just show him how much you love him. I know my husband loves me and he knows that i love him but we are more than 7000 miles apart and we long for the day we can tell each other face to face how much we love each other. Nothing is more important to me in this world is the love we have for each other and the joy and happiness of my kids.

we dont normally give gifts. only to children fasting for the first time (wristwatch, Quran etc), or on Eid day, small cash amounts to other children that fasted (normally not for children over 11 or 12 yrs old).

From my parents: money. What I'll get: money, but not as much as I want.

From God: not to fail at getting into college, although it doesn't seem like He could intervene without it being an official miracle.

I usually get Eidi from my parents and my in laws, and my sister, brother, and sister in laws sometimes buy me something small. My sis-in-law once gave me a necklace set, my sis gave me a candle set, and my bro gave me a taping of Surah Yaseen which is recited beautifully.
