what is the song at the end of the "she's the man" trailer?

the song is alternative. it kind of sounds like New Found Glory and bands like them. it's the song that starts playing when the narrator says "and this is where it gets really complicated" and it plays until the end of the trailer.

here's a link to the trailer on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4OhwrMidSU
